Craft Air Brush for Touch-Up Jobs?

For dings and scratches, I've tried the best I can to use touch-up bottles. But even following all the instructions, the end result is still mediocre. But I don't have any spray-painting equipment, and don't have room for a big compressor anyway. And sometimes the colors I want to use aren't available in a rattle-can.

I wonder if anyone has ever used a small, craft airbrush for touch-up jobs? Seems like a good way to get spray-quality results in small areas without having to get an expensive air compressor. If so, post your recommendations?

X2 on the rattle can. I’ve had pretty good luck with my stone white spray touch ups. Super thin coats seems to be the way to go.

Well it’s a really small gun, but great for touch up

I painted two sets of wheels for my Cutlass with Preval sprayers.

Primed the wheels with rattle cans, then used the Preval sprayers to shoot acrylic enamel that was left over from the vehicle paint job. The wheels came out very well.
