My 2001 TJ was stalling after revving and letting off the gas. Check engine light was on. I cleaned the throttle body, IAC Valve, TPS and MAP. This fixed the stalling problem, but now it’s idling very rough, has low RPMs, and black, sooty smoke is coming from the exhaust. This was not happening before I cleaned the above-mentioned parts. Check engine light is still on. I’ve let it run for about ten minutes but it didn’t clear up. What steps should I take next?
