Which oil and oil filter do you use and how many miles have you achieved?

Hi,
I have a slightly different question in this query about which Oil brand and Oil filter is best to use. I'm wondering not only which brand and filter one uses in their Wrangler, but also how many miles they have achieved on their engine with their choices of oil and filter brand? I mean if someone achieved 300,000 miles on their engine with a certain brand or regiment, those are the people I want to follow for brand choice and regiment. Please help. Thanks.

I worked graveyard shift for 33 years. Now I'm unemployed. It's hard to adjust to sleeping at night and being unemployed.
