Need to replace that vacuum line in my ‘98 and cannot find part # 55037567AC anywhere online.
Can someone point in the right direction for replacing these lines?

Awesome! Thank you I will give this a try!
I just did this. I bought a used on off eBay but it looks like Summit and others have them. This runs from the drivers side of the engine, to a T into the cabin (where it actuates the hvac internal louvers to direct air) and then down to a small black box below the battery mounted on the fender. That box is called a vacuum reservoir. Someone helped me on this not long ago. You can patch the line if you just have a break. Most auto parts stores sell coupling kits and line. It's akin to fixing PVC pipe.

I carry some vacuum tees in my spare box, I also carry air line coupler for my locker. If I replace a line I try to make it a little long so I can cut the end if needed down the line. I have found vacuum hoses usually fail at the ends. If you carry one of these tees and a straight coupler you can cut them to the size hose you need.I carry heat shrink on the trail with epoxy...also a way to temporarily fix a vacuum line. But I'd do as suggested above and buy some hose and Ts and couplers.
