I bought new LED halo headlights and the passenger side works with DRL, blinker, and hazard. HOWEVER, the drivers side blinker only comes on when the hazards are on not the directional. im going to lose my mind!! any ideas?

When you operate the steering column stalk to make a left turn; check to see if there is voltage at the front and rear turn signals.
IF there is no voltage to neither the front or rear turn signals; remove the plastic clam shells (two philips screws) surrounding the steering column and inspect the Multi Function Switch harness connectors and terminals for signs of overheating and oxidation.
Prior to reconnecting the MFS harness connectors; there are contacts inside the MFS that can become oxidized which can be cleaned by spraying electrical contact cleaner into the MFS.
Recently I had problems with the controls on the MFS in my '01 TJ and sprayed contact cleaner into the MFS and cycled the stalk functions multiple times; this process cleaned the internal contacts and the intermittent electrical connection was resolved.

When I first bought the car I went in there and cleaned all the contact points because the fog lights kept turning on at random. Currently the blinkers work on the side marker and the front running light. Everything as it should besides the halo. I’ll go in there again and maybe add some dielectric greasy to the terminals and see if that helps me.
However it’s throwing me off that it works for the hazards but not the blinker. It makes absolutely no sense to me.

Your Jeep is telling you to ditch the halos and give them to a JK/JL owner.
Yeah yeah yeah I know. But I need the leds cuz I had an eye surgery awhile back and need the extra light to see. The candle behind a glass dome wasn’t cutting it.
I love my LEDS, just not a Halo fan (video game either).
My stock "flashlights" caused me to trample several deer on backroads before replacing them.

Yeah they’re not great. But right now both my halos are blinking when I turn on my right blinker and it’s definitely frustrating
Follow the signs. I do. Buy decent lights without the Halo/ angry grille crap. Happy Halloween from my cat!! Bitch is HELL!
