New Jersey 2005 LJ - No frame rust - Lots of upgrades - price drop $10,500

I didn't know what you are talking about. I saved myself and was lucky to strike gold with my wife having never dated any other women in my life 😆

Good for you. Thats probably ideal.
As for the rest of us.....churn n burn 🔥. My dream babe came after 36 failures. 13 years later we couldn't be happier.

In case any buyers are watching this thread, at this point I would be happy with $10,500 for a no fuss sale.

Stop tempting me!! 😂

Please end the madness. I've never had anything for sale for this long. By normal standards I should have sold this last winter & already been hankering for a new one.

I wish I could help you out! But I can’t right now. Someday I will kick myself for not buying a rust-free LJ for such a great price.
I agree with de-customizing it a bit if you can, to get it to appeal to more buyers. That said it’s just nuts to me that it hasn’t been snatched up yet at this price. Best of luck!!

Yes its good advice. If I had more free time I'd abide.

10,500 and you'll also get the half tube doors, an oem filter, a bit of new oil, a backup oem camshaft sensor, and whatever other jeep shit i've got lying around with it 😄

OMG ... I wanted a LJ when I bought my TJ and DAMN ... Yer KILLIN' ME! My bride said if I buy another Jeep I'd better have a divorce attorney ready.

I have the best divorce attorney on the planet on speed dial.
Evaluate your bride carefully and let me know.
In about 30 days, she can be homeless, watching you drive by her park bench in your sweet new LJ!

10k flat here only. I’m sick of looking at it in my driveway.

I don't get it... 10k? Why hasn't this sold?
How many people have come to look at it?

If anyone is looking for an LJ/TJ, they will look right past the cosmetic stuff.. (hood decal, red steering components and painted grill)
I bought mine based only on the frame and overall condition. The 52k on the odometer was attractive though that's a double edged sword. Color was not even a consideration. I would have bought any color that was in the right condition. Although, yellow is the best color. White is second.

Are you not getting enough exposure? Or do you have a flood of people but no-one biting?

Three guys came. One said he hates white jeeps. The other two said they can’t wrap their head around milage.

Trust me folks this one is better maintained and running than even many lower milage vehicles.

Not everybody knows what's important.

I will repeat though, removing the hood decal, painting the steering components black, and painting the grill white again would probably get a lot more attention from your average potential buyers.

Had I not picked up my '05 LJ on 05/04/2023 (for approx. twice the price and half the mileage), I might have gone for this one. I ended up getting mine from Texas for a rust-free example, you're practically local in comparison.
