Hi all I have a 99 Wrangler that the turn signals, A/C, and Stereo just randomly stop working after a little time they come back on. That's while driving. When parked sometimes they all come on and they don't. Usually turning the ignition off and back on makes it work but it's just temporary. Im confused why it's these components all turning on and off at the same time. Thanks for any help.

I would remove the plastic clam shells that surround the steering column and inspect the wiring harness going to the ignition switch.
IF there are no signs of overheating in the connector or wiring harness; then the problem is almost certainly the electrical contacts inside the ignition switch.

I was thinking that to , I also thought it could be a bad ground somewhere.

Great....
Confirming those grounds are in good condition will ensure other functions can work properly.
You need to proceed with your troubleshooting as I outlined above in post #2.

Ok all of the wiring harnesses look surprisingly great no signs of overheating or any wear.

To assist you in further troubleshooting the contacts on the ignition switch; download the PDF of the Factory Service Manual for your year TJ.
Check section 8W page 10-8 and 9 for the ignition switch schematics.
Check ignition switch terminals 3,4,7 & 8 on the harness to ensure power does not drop out when the ignition is ON...

Ok so I need to pull out the ignition switch to test these? Sorry I'm not the best with electrical stuff.
