I'm at a complete loss and can't afford to bring my jeep into a shop. I have An 05 wrangler. In June I replaced the pcm since it had the famous glitch in it. Now it randomly dies while it's running if I hit a bump. The last few days it's been making an electrical clicking sound under the driver side dash like a relay clicking over sporadically and the radio is intermittent if it wants to work. Now it fully dies and doesn't want to restart super easily. I just replaced the asd relay hoping it was that but that didn't fix it. We moved a bunch of wires around with it running hoping to find what's causing the bad connection and can't find anything. I'm at a loss of what to check next and I'm no mechanic by any means just struggling to get it to work so I can have a running reliable.

My best guess would be cam/crank sensor relates, caused by an intermittent short in some wiring that flares up when you go over a bump. Get it running in your driveway and then shake the wiring in near the crank & cam sensors, and also behind the valve cover. If it dies, you have your smoking gun.

Anything that malfunctions when you hit a bump means you have a connection issue-

This could be grounds, pcm plugs, a short killing fire....You need to start looking over the harness I would be tugging on everything while at run trying to replicate the problem-

The clicking under the dash makes me think a relay is acting up, but check grounds and connections first.

We tried that and couldn't replicate it but will be trying again. When it died it wouldn't crank over at all, just interior dome lights came on. but I got it running and was able to get it home.

Welcome

Clean and reseat all battery connections.

I checked those and they look fine

Would it still be the sensors if I dont have a code popping at all?
