So, having an issue with them. Has anyone ever ordered; had problems; had great cs, etc?? I ordered 8 days ago, cc was charged that day. As of yet, no shipping info, no responses to email or direct messaging, and no response to messages left by phone (no live person has ever answered in 5 phone calls). Will have to likely get a charge back on my cc.

I honestly didn't even know they were still in business. I heard they went out of business years ago. Clearly I'm wrong...

Well, my concerns caused me to dig a bit. They did but were purchased by Know Where to Jeep, which is where the phone calls go. My guess is that the entire thing is either a scam or just a poorly run company. Time will tell.

Yeah, that sounds like the case. In this day and age, customer service is probably the most important thing ever when it comes to running a business. The good thing is you can always file a chargeback.
 
Holy sheeit, they finally called back. So, some pieces are due in to them today and will ship Monday. So fingers crossed. I get that there can be issues and I am totally good with that but damn, just let the customer know. It isn't that hard.

I couldn't agree more with this. I've experienced horrible CS with the jeep dealership service department and an off-road shop, both in Roseville, that I've dealt with recently. Multiple unreturned phone calls asking for simple updates. Like you said, I too understand that things happen, but it would literally take 2-3 minutes to return a phone call. Not much to ask. Just seems in my experience, bad CS is the norm and good CS is the outlyer, when it should be the opposite. Doesn't seem like they really care about repeat business. Or word of mouth advertisement. :BangHead: Sorry, rant over. :)

That sucks. Companies like that do not deserve business, I had a similar ordeal happen last week with 4 wheel parts store - ordered online, everything was in stock - 5 days later, they hadn't shipped anything - yet my card was charged the night I placed the order. It took two days to get someone on the phone, and when I did she ("Shaniqua") was mumbling aloud their obfuscated terms around 2-3 business days processing and blah blah blah.

I find this to happen moreso with off-road parts than anything else. I typically order from Summit Racing or Jegs whenever I can. Beyond the wuick order processing, they have palatable overnight / express rates. The problem I find often is that it can take forever getting uncommon parts delivered, you'd have to source them from a shady retailer like the one you mentioned.

This is 2018 and when people order shit express, there is a reason. Keeping the customer in the dark is BS, you don't ship at your leisure. Soon enough the garbage business operations will catch up to them.

Sorry for the rant, this topic touches a nerve with me though!

Was supposed to be here Wed and still nothing. Won't return calls, answer emails, or direct messaging. I stooped to contacting them through their FB page. At this point I would say that there is some kinda BS going on and will probably need to contact my CC company and file a report or whatever:mad:

Did they give you a tracking number?

Sounds like they just told you what you wanted to hear last time, with little to no intention of following through, unfortunately.

Nope. Only the initial purchase email receipt. Was supposed to rec another when it shipped with tracking info.

Time to file a chargeback. I'd also leave them negative feedback anywhere you can, including Google Reviews. Sounds like whoever is running that company is a half wit.
 
OK, so just talked to them, first time they ever answered the phone, and they were supposedly waiting for a part to be powdercoated:eusa_doh: I told them screw it, I can paint it myself. So, supposedly Thurs is the day now. Fingers crossed....
