Hey guys, I haven't been working on my jeep lately but recently I've been messing around with Autodesk Fusion. I'm trying to make a header design similar to the American Racing Headers one. I already designed a 6 to 1 merge collector but I'm not sure if I have my manifold reference scaled proportionally. Does anyone have dimensions of the cylinder head ports, or even the dimensions of the manifold gasket? I wish we had access to some technical drawings.
This probably isn't going to be built as I have zero experience welding (although it's something I would like to learn at some point), it's more of an engineering project just for fun. However, after I installed my turbo kit, I'm having some interference between my exhaust and the front driveshaft (I already tried prying at it while loosening and tightening the pre-cat flanges to no avail).
This is nothing serious and is just for fun, but I thought I would reach out and see if anyone has any information.
