Not from anything I hear. If you don't have a problem, don't change them. If you are having an issue, replace with stock.

Complete waste of money. It will make ZERO difference whatsoever. Did it to my old Cherokee XJ buying into the internet hype. Ended up doing nothing at all.

We need a sticky thread on useless products that have stayed on the market, with their miraculous claims of improved horsepower, smoother performance, and increased gas mileage...cold air intakes, throttle body spacers, tuners, etc.
Another LJ’r does it and end up putting back the OEM. I think he has way much fuel.
On my XJ days we use Volvo 740 injectors as replacement, if any improvement I put no attention. No recall good but i think has two holes but with pretty similar fuel displacement.

Totally agree, that's a good idea. I'll work on said thread tonight.
I can think of a few things off the top of my head such as air intakes, throttle body spacers, 4-hole fuel injectors, etc.
Jeeps are just too dang heavy. The engine is having to move over 2 tons.
No hot rod fuel injector nor any other hot rod go fast doo-dad as mentioned above will make a difference.
Just too dang heavy, that's also why oem sensors are mandatory for a good running jeep.

I tried 4 ports and didn't notice anything different beyond the smoother idle that many report.
It has been suggested that the simple act of replacing old injectors with new injectors that include new o-rings is fixing one or more small vacuum leaks that were causing a rough idle.

Just a set of fuel injector o-rings which are easily and inexpensively available (and very easily replaced) will fix any potential vacuum leaks at the fuel injectors causing a rough idle.

I just tried this and immediately reinstalled the stock. Ran poorly, missed at idle, etc. I was doing it as preventive maintenance. All I prevented was money in my wallet and good performance. I still feel like Billy Bibbit getting caught by nurse Ratchet.

Old zombie thread. I did this many years back. Didn't notice anything, really. Didn't hurt. Didn't help. Mileage the same. Idle the same. Throttle the same. They're still in there, actually. I suppose if there was going to be a fuel delivery issue it might stay it a bit.
