Ok so let me get this strait, sorry if I come off clueless but...well I kinda am. Haha. I just zip tie that piece of 8 dollar shield ignition cable around the injector and that fixes my issue? I’m going to post a pic and maybe you can verify my thoughts..

I can't say it will fix your issue only that it is the most common solution to a heatsoak misfiring #3.
 
Thanks a ton. I’m not new to the Jeep world but I am new to working on my own vehicle so I’m trying to learn.
Please note, Codaman's issue was different than yours. He was experiencing multiple misfires. The TSB only addresses #3 heat soak. Also some on here has replaced the heat sheild blanket that lays on the manifold.
 
Keep in mind you can always troubleshoot injectors by moving them around and seeing if the problem follows a particular injector or if nothing changes indicating it's not an injector problem.
