This lady looks like she knows a thing or two about eggs, butter, lard, and Oreos.

She's the Belgium Health Minister so you can trust her.

Ever notice how Health Ministers are usually obese?

No wonder RFK is so hated.

He can walk 10 feet without getting winded.

First step when considering any kind of health advice: are they a fuckin fatty? K disregard

The defense rests, your honor. :D

Eggs are back on the good list! You saw the new upside-down food pyramid, right?

My body doesn't handle gluten (yes, I'm a glutard), so on my business trip to vegas 2 weeks back my everyday breakfast was a double order of steak and eggs (2 steaks, 4 eggs). I lost 15 pounds.

You're just being a hater.

Wisdom comes from those who have obviously tried every food available in order to tell you what's good.

Plus it seems to be a requirement for a national health position.

I use a simple rule of thumb. Don’t trust a fat physician and definitely don’t trust a skinny chef 🍝

Probably would have gained it back in muscle mass had you been training hard, with all that protein. :D

Now how it works. The body can lose weight MUCH faster than it can gain muscle.
I eat a lot of protein anyways. Average about 2/3 lb of beef/day. Used to do a full 1 lb when I was bulking. I've been on a slow cut but it's about time to stop.

Since retiring 11 yrs ago I’ve lost 76lbs. No work stress or patients bringing me food and candy daily. Also I’ve reduced portion sizes. The good news is my Type II Diabetes is under control and my “Dick Do” has gone away The bad news is my clothes don’t fit me any more.
At 67 I find that I’m having a hard time getting enough protein. I’ve started to eat 3 hard boiled eggs each morning hoping this helps. Thinking of going the protein shake route too.

When people get older they need more protein.

Not sure if you are lactose intolerant or anything like that, but I drink these shakes:

It tastes just like chocolate milk, and doesn't make you feel bloated or anything. First protein shake/drink I've had that I actually liked. I mix one scoop with about 500ml/16oz of water. It also makes you really thirsty which helps you drink more water
