my everyday breakfast was a double order of steak and eggs (2 steaks, 4 eggs). I lost 15 pounds.
You're just being a hater.
Wisdom comes from those who have obviously tried every food available in order to tell you what's good.
Plus it seems to be a requirement for a national health position.

Probably would have gained it back in muscle mass had you been training hard, with all that protein.![]()
Now how it works. The body can lose weight MUCH faster than it can gain muscle.
Since retiring 11 yrs ago I’ve lost 76lbs. No work stress or patients bringing me food and candy daily. Also I’ve reduced portion sizes. The good news is my Type II Diabetes is under control and my “Dick Do” has gone away The bad news is my clothes don’t fit me any more.
At 67 I find that I’m having a hard time getting enough protein. I’ve started to eat 3 hard boiled eggs each morning hoping this helps. Thinking of going the protein shake route too.
