Is that a typical price for DEF? It’s mostly deionized water so I’d think it would be fairly inexpensive.
I think this guy's wife told him he had to sell it so he threw it up on marketplace for a price no one will ever pay.
That’s all over the place. Same in Arizona. But you can find better deals out east and miles have a big impact on price. Folks under 80,000 seem to think they have a real gem.

That’s cheap for diesel $7.57 down the street from me in Redlands $5.23 for gas. Glad I went gas with my F-250. I only need to fill up every 3-4 weeks luckily. My Son commutes 30 miles one way for his low pay job and it’s killing him. I try to keep 25 gal at the shop for earthquake preparedness but I notice some missing lately. Neighbor had his gas tank drilled and his gas gone last week. 20 gal of gas gone and $$$$ in damage. On the bright side my Wife owns a share in oil wells in ND and her check should be bigger.
Regular Unleaded for $3.70 and Diesel for $5.38 and our area is not even the cheapest..
Tulsa, OK has Regular Unleaded for $3.10 and Diesel for $4.50.
It's all about how much Tax the State and Local government puts on the fuel.
I'm seeing $3.34 for unleaded and $4.32 for Diesel w/card $5.19 without.

I think it has more to do with the internet marketplace allowing sellers to advertise to a larger base of people, so they throw up crazy numbers assuming at least one person might bite. Auction sites like CarsandBids and BringaTrailer have completely ruined the market for any remotely interesting vehicle. Gone are the days where you could find a good barn find or car owned by an elderly person for a halfway decent price. Now everything is scooped up and listed for the highest price possible on an auction site.
I see the same thing here, especially with diesel pickup trucks. Someone has a rusty Ford PowerStroke F350 7.3L listed for $40k on marketplace in my area.
Gas prices and other things are another story with Cali.

Weenie. Drive your cars! I got a dirty look by a dude on a dirt road in a JLUR cos I was driving my beamer down the road way faster than him
