The Factory Service Manual covers both (I don't think there is a separate manual for RHD vehicles), but it doesn't usually show separate pictures for the RHD. Example:
However, in some cases (probably when absolutely necessary), it notes a different drawing or different procedure for RHD vehicles. Example:
More specifically to your question, the wiring section (8W) notes differences on the schematics for RHD vehicles:
And in the connector pin-outs, when there is a difference, they show the LHD and RHD functions for each pin. For example, here's the pin-out for the heater control C2 connector shown above, where connector pin 1 differs for LHD and RHD (pin 3 does, too, but I didn't circle it below):
Finally, separate connector location diagrams are shown for some assemblies that are completely different, like the dash below:
As for the Factory Parts Catalog, it covers both, too, and it does that by showing separate diagrams for RHD assemblies when needed, as well as a "U" designator in the Line Column:
I hope that helps! Just download the manuals and search for "RHD" to see how they are arranged for RHD vehicles.
I was wondering if anyone has the wiring diagram for the hvac system non a/c? Mine looks like most abused 2000 tj's. Im trying to restore one and I can't figure out the colour codes that I have got. Any help would be massive.
Is it not in the diagram for the 2000? There won't be a separate diagram, just provisions for different options inline with the diagrams, such as non-a/c.

I have the same Jeep in a Rubicon. From what I've read, an AX15 would be a better swap, if you can find one. Dodge Dakotas in the late '90's had AX15's, but they had different I/O shafts because they didn't use AMC engines and the same T/C's. Still trying to see whether the swap parts are available.
Did you know that you were replying to a nine-year-old post? Also, the way I interpret JeepNWilly's post, he was not looking for a transmission. He was looking for a service manual for a transmission which, incidentally, is incorporated into the FSM.
Correct back then I was looking for the manual which eventually I found and added it to the post.
I actually found a NSG370 week ago. Going to be putting it in my Jeep at some point and rebuilding my original NSG370 since it has gotten really bad overthe years. Will see how that goes.
I knew all that except he had posted the manual after the fact. See his lasted reply FYI.

The fact that he eventually needed a new transmission doesn't change the fact that he was seeking a service manual, not a transmission, nine years ago. Context is important, especially since this thread is a resource thread, not a transmission repair thread. Many threads on here wander, and I actually like that about this place. However, not in a topic-specific resource thread. That's why I commented.
However, if it's more important for one of us to be right then, you're right, and I'm wrong. It's not worth arguing about. I'd rather keep this thread clean than be the "winner."

A little. It could certainly be better. However, as a 2005 TJ owner, this bugs me much more because there's no way to know what those three documents are without opening each one:
we could probably change the names to YY - <doc type>.pdf
YYYY is unncessary, and the "Jeep Wrangler" is implied. Or maybe just Jeep TJ, which might help SEO & LLMs.
