Unlike most panhandlers, I have a roof over my head and plenty of food in the refrigerator (and in the belly, hense the 24 pack gut) but I really need a reliable, low mileage daily driver....

Monster Jam in Seattle last night. Pit party first was super cool. We didn't wait in lines to meet drivers but got pictures with all of the trucks, ran into one of my wife's students, and watched some BMX freestyle.

The track was big and pretty cool. I think like 6-8 trucks did backflips. Unfortunately, Sparkle Smash didn't do freestyle after a roll in the skills challenge. And it seems like Monster Jam is getting soft by shutting trucks down for a flat tire during freestyle. I remember back in the day when guys (because it was all guys back then) would lose a tire and just keep ripping until they rolled or timed out. Also, I think Grave Digger's freestyle should've won!

Oh, and @PG. is somewhere over in the left side of this picture based on the view he showed me.

Agree 100 percent monster jam used to be so much better. Also 1500 horsepower is a lot. With the weight of those trucks jumping that high and not breaking on every landing is impressive. My jeep would not fair so well

I asked my son if he thought the Jeep could do that backflip and he said "no, it would definitely break." lol I think he's probably right!

I actually don't hate those paint jobs. The black and white marker effects tend to be a little over done and too cartoonish for me, which I think is the point of the style, but overall, those types of paint jobs are interesting. Also, the voice over on that video is 100% made up BS.

Interesting , I've never seen this before . For me it works on the Honda , and is a giant swing and a miss on the Vette , Porsche , Camaro , and Nissan .
I guess this is what happens when the comic book generation grows up and gets big money .
