New Guy so be gentle. bushings on suspension 2006 TJ cracked and baked. I want to replace all of them. where can you find a rubber replacement kit?

You won’t find a “kit” as they don’t exist unfortunately. You’ll have to seek them all out individually and replace them.

just an exapmle for you.

16 busshings at $30.00 a piece equals $480.00 for all of them "Mopar price"

then you MUST press them out and back in. ROYAL pain in the a$$ unless you have a shop press.

i would go with new arms with the bushing already installed.

VERY HIGH END

metalcloak arms $1,000 no need to press the bushing saving time and headaches

https://www.metalcloak.com/Duroflex-Short-Arms-TJ-LJ-Full-Replacement-Kit-p/7154.htm

Low end. but not bottom of the barrel

Crown Automotive Control Arm Kit for 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ $225.00 does not have upper axle bushings. add $60.00 .... still cheaper then replacing all bushing and reusing control arms. and you dont have to worry about a press. just replace one at a time.

EDIT last minute thoughts. If you are going build it up. go with the adjustable. you can set them and if you change your setup. IE lift, SYE, need to adjust your pinion angle, you are already set up for it.
if money is a factor (it always is) go with the crown. but stay away from rough country arms. ( they are bottom of the barrel)

You guys are great - just getting back to this issue. new tires new shocks ride is a little less like the flintstonemobile., bushings are rough, but we bought it with the lift and it looks like control arms are stock. I'm going to install adjustable with bushings as suggested and make sure everything is in line.
thanks

B- thank you for your answer. I'm just now finding time to look into this again, sheesh. surely there is something in between or is the metal cloak the "in between"? I like the adjustable because i'm supposed have a 4" lift on this thing. Any recommendations on bushing replacement for the couple dozen suspension related bushings? I'm going polyurethane.
once again the thoughtful answer is a lot of help, sgt

Don’t go poly. They’ll squeak and drive you bat crazy. Look into Core 4x4. They’ve got 4 tiers and they explain each tiers purpose. I think you just missed their Memorial Day sale 15% off. They’ll have another sale.
