Roof rack recommendations

Looking at getting a roof rack. This would be used to carry snowboards, kayaks, surfboard, a basket depending on the time of year. Does anybody have any good recommendations? I would ideal like to stay under $500

I just took the roof rack of my TJ. Nice rack adjustable slides Yakima brand. Will sell for $100 plus shipping. I live in Moab Ut.
