2006 TJ center console arm rest cracked?

The arm rest on the center console is cracked, I have looked at all the aftermarket covers, don't really like them much.
How has this been addressed/fixed?

I repaired mine with plastic epoxy. Then, to prevent further destruction, I fill the honeycomb on the underside with gorilla glue (the expanding foam type), it helps reinforce it. The plastic epoxy is a very dark gray and a good-enough match for me.

I used the Rugged Ridge cover. It works out well with my seat risers.

I have this same cover. I don't love it, but it does work well. I wish they made a smooth version.

It's not squishy, but it has some give to it. I don't even notice it when I'm driving, so I guess thats a good thing.

I bought the back half of the console at a local salvage yard. $50. Only down size is different lock. I guess it could be changed out to the original.
