The insert that says "2H — 4H — N — 4L" on my 4wd shift lever is missing. I have not been able to find one listed at parts suppliers, new or used. If anyone has one from a scrapped transfer case or otherwise, I would be glad to buy it. Thanks.

I had a guy that said he had one but everytime I tried to get him to give me a price to send it he never dose and I don't hear from him for days or weeks.
I would think with the fact that shifter is found in so many jeep they would be easy to find in a trash unit but nothing.
Here's one but it's for a YJ, can't see why it would not work for a TJ. You can always call them and ask if they call one for a TJ or if the YJ one will work

Tj one is long to fit in the handle. Can buy a handle and get one but thier a lot of wrecked jeeps and I only need the lable.
Yes I don't need the handle just the lable out of a handle. But if the handles cheap enough I would be good
To get this insert, yesterday I bought the whole transfer case shift lever assembly. After quite a bit of looking, this seemed like about the only realistic way to get one.
