Question about potential TJ purchase, any feedback appreciated

That's a fine looking TJ to be starting with.

Those tires are kinda telling me that the one owner was probably some old guy that never even thought about going off road.

If it was my Jeep I'd be putting some Duratrac tires on those rims and loving every minute of owning it.

Congrats....Im jealous...... I guess a rust free jeep up north is highly sought after......we are lucky down here in louisiana....cause thats about a $9-$10k jeep down here from what ive seen that ACTUALLY sells....cause theres def a difference between what people are asking and what it actually sells for!

Thanks! You were a huge help really appreciate it. I've had more fun driving around the past two days than I have like 8 years of driving my old car. True I guess I'll have to get started on what and how to build? I'll keep researching haha.
