I need help finding the "Fix your TJ parking brake" thread

I think I saw it in how to, but maybe I keep missing it.
Just got all new brake components for my little yellow beast. Minus calipers. Just want to know about that parking brake junk, it was very informative and I feel like a dummy having not bookmarked it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
