Centering Front Axle in Wheel Well

Installing front bump stops on my "new to me" 2006 TJ (PO removed them for some odd reason).

Anyhow, I noticed that my drivers side wheel isn't centered in wheel well and the coil spring is slightly bowed (not straight up and down). Used a plumb bob on the front frame tube where my Anti-Rock is mounted and measured back........drivers side is a full 3/4" further back than the passengers.

Is the fix as simple as lengthening my drivers side upper and lower control arms to get the drivers side centered in the wheel well?

Use the middle bolts on the center skid as a reference point to measure the axle for squareness. The bump stops should be centered at full bump. However, the steering and track bar also need to clear everything else. Meaning the axle might need to be moved in or out a bit.

Don't judge much by spring bow. The two perches on the axle are mirrored from each other. The end of the last spring wrap is at the back on one and at the front on the other. Depending on how the spring is wound, that will add to or take away from any tilt or bow that the spring has. Typically the right side has more bow than the other side since the springs are not side specific and wound opposite from each other to match the mirrored perches. There is also the problem of cross caster.

The inner C and perches are welded to the tubes before they are inserted into the diff casting and the right side is tilted forward a small amount to build in some cross caster.
