Seriously, WTH is up with my LJ Rubicon?

I really want to know about that signal wire. I was getting 3.7 to 3.8 at WOT. I think it's supposed to be closer to 4v.
If anyone here knows what the appropriate range is at WOT please let me know.

When you check the TPS you are looking for jumps or big changes with little or no input from the throttle plate. The end voltages don't matter so much as long as it moves smooth. A bad sensor will jump all over the place when you look at it the wrong way. A good sensor will read steady at closed throttle and steady at full open and just nicely transition between, that's really it.

The voltages are steady and don't move when the throttle is either open or closed. When opening and closing the throttle body, it appears to be a smooth transition and steady rise and climb in the voltage. My volt meter is digital, I think checking it with an analog meter and watching the needle would be better.
