OK, So I've only got a 4" suspension lift, no body lift (although I'd like one) and running 33's. I'm 6'4" and play hell most times getting in and out. Although I have had right hip surgery, lower back surgery and left knee surgery all in the past 6-7 years. (I know, the 61 year old body is having a hell of a time with my 16 year old brain) haha.
I cant be the only one that grabs the para-cord, leans back and swings my leg up. Just looking to hear what ya'll do.

I use stirrups, I actually have begun to use them more and more recently. I’m 5’6”

I added a stirrup to the passenger side of mine for my wife, who is only 5'2". She either uses it or the rock slider to jump in. Then I have the soft handles on the roll bar to grab. Thinking rigid handles like Chris posted above might be nice.

You can get a folding stool at wally world, put a strap thru the handle. After entry pull stool in and fold it.It stores out of the way neatly. My little bride is 4ft. 11in. tall and she mounts our 4in. lift TJ.She is only 78 years young with parkinson's

i sometimes use the rear wheel as a step if i'm a little stiff that day. not so easy if you own an LJ, but works for me.

I have Grab Bars along with para cord holds on the roll cage. I have a 4" lift and a 1" body lift and have 33" tires as well. I left the factory side steps on in order to help me climb into the cockpit. I step on the side step and use the Grab Bar to help pivot my body into the seat, reaching across to grab the passenger side para-cord grab to get firmly and evenly seated. It helps this old ass ego to imagine climbing into the cockpit of a Spitfire or a P51 Mustang to dog fight the Germans. 😆😆Getting out is not the most graceful picture either but driving a TJ is still an experience I'm not willing to give up for the sake of comfort. Sometimes I think we are a dying breed but that's fine.

I’ve only got a two inch lift so getting in isn’t much of an issue. My biggest problem is the door latch. It has torn the back left belt loop off of every pair of pants that I have.

I have severe sciatic pain so my old way of throwing my right leg up and in first is no longer an option. I now just slide onto the seat like is was a bar stool. Slide half my butt onto the seat and then rotate my body around and help lift my right leg in by grabbing my knee area and lifting. Thee rest is easy. To egress I just do the opposite. Cane secures nicely between seat back and the center console when the back is empty (I don't have the rear seat mounted) or if the back is full I tuck it across the windshield, sun visors holding it up and out of the way.

Haha, got em, I think the para-cord does me better.
my neighbors idea was a milk crate with a rope tied to it,,,,,LOL
LOL that's what my kid's mom used to do when I had the JKU with the lift. Bed Bath and Beyond used to sell "bathroom" folding step stools and she had a string attached to one. She's only 5'2" and very pregnant and the JKU had a 4" lift and 37" tires.

I grab onto my grab handles on the roll bar (sometimes I think my steering wheel, not a good thing) swing my leg up and pull myself up. 5’8 24 years old let’s see if I can do it at 72.

Get grab bars, those help tremendously when getting in-and-out of a lifted Jeep.

I wouldn't even own a Jeep without them. These are the ones I used:

Installed a set of these as one of the first mods done by me to the jeep. Still, I find myself swinging my leg in and propping up with the steering wheel. I know I know. getting out is a rotate and jump out move lol
