2005 Auto 4.0 with 3.73 Gears.
15x8 Wheels with 3.75 backspacing.
33x12.5R15 Tires (BFG or Cooper - Still deciding. Def Not doing Good Year)
———
My list:

2 Inch OME Suspension Lift Kit (HD Springs)
Brown Dog Ultra Flex 1" MML
Daystar 1" Comfort Ride Body Lift kit
C-9900 Anti Rock
MetalCloak Front Adjustable Track Bar
ZJ Tie Rod Conversion - (Moog ES3096L,ES2079S,DS1312)

I need to draw the line somewhere and I think this is maxing out my budget. Outside of adding on skids (Transfer Case\Oil Pan) is there anything I am overlooking?

I am definitely spending way more than initially planned but I am trying to do this once.

You sound like a smart guy who has been doing his research!

You may or may not need a transfer case drop, but with the MML, I think you can get by fine without it.

At some point a SYE might be a good idea, but you can wait until you've for more money to do that.

I'd probably do the SYE at the same time as a tummy tuck (skids).

Looks pretty good. Probably need a sye and driveshaft. I would also consider a gear change and if running the Dana 35 some alloy axles. And welcome to the forum!

Most wheeling will be done at Rausch. NY doesn't have any off road parks. The club I am in sets up runs at some other areas sometimes on private land. I've been on wranglerforum for a few years and I stumbled upon this and you guys are going a great job with it.

Welcome to the forum. @Chris has done a great job with this forum. You will find lots of threads for your Jeep and some off topic ones that allow members to express themselves and create an awesome forum community.

I'd nix the Daystar 1" Comfort Ride Body Lift kit and go for something like the Performance Accessories 1" body lift kit as shown at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B4JWQ52/?tag=wranglerorg-20. There's not much to a body lift and none will outperform any other. They're just simple dumb spacers that are added between the frame and body.

Understand that a body lift has absolutely nothing to do with how your Jeep will ride since it is not part of the suspension, so Daystar's "Comfort Ride" is misleading. It absolutely will not ride any better or even differently than any other body lift will. What Daystar's polyurethane body pucks (spacers) will do eventually though is start squeaking incessantly... which is just a normal thing with polyurethane. The pucks/spacers included in the Performance Accessories kit are not polyurethane so they'll never squeak.

Thanks Jerry I just wanted to make sure the one I was picking was a complete kit and not re using any original hardware. I will look into the link you posted.

Judging by your well thought out lift list I will assume you have also looked forward the swapping gears to something that would match your wheeling and tire needs as budget allows. Depending on axles and future tire size plans there are a hundred different ways you can go. Look forward to seeing how your jeep progresses.

Just a simple thing, but remember that the Moog parts come as raw metal so they will need to be painted or coated.

I have stock axles so I wasn't going to get into re gearing yet. That's a whole nother can of worms.

Dana 30 in front 35 in rear or did you get luck with having a 44 in rear?

I forgot to mention the picture on the Amazon.com page only shows the spacers so you may think it's not a complete kit. The actual kit you would receive includes all the bolts, hardware, spacers, etc. that are needed as shown here...

You literally have the exact same setup that I do. Except I have Goodyear Duratracs. Amazing tires. ;)

This is what it looks like, incase you wanted an idea of it:

Jerry - I swapped out this kit on my amazon list - thanks for pointing this out.
