Not to hijack, but may I ask where you got that rear window? I've never seen one like that and the typical zip open/close rear window on the soft tops is a real pain in the butt during hunting season if you're moving bows, rifles or backpacks in/out. Something like this would be great.

The awkwardness of zipping/unzipping the soft top rear window always frustrated me so when I was designing my Safari Cab hardtop (which has a full rear barn door), I designed the "soft barn door". This of it as a soft upper for the tailgate the same way half doors have soft uppers. I built the one prototype pictured and ran with it for two summers. It worked great and relieved my frustration with the factory soft top rear window. Haven't done anything with it since I finished and installed the hardtop; with the Safari Cab's swappable hard sides/soft sides I have no desire to use my soft top anymore.
Impressive; my hat's off to you! Wish the soft top manufacturers sold something like that.
They’ve been saying that forever now. I use Tuffys sliding drawer box. Works great and allows for use of the rear seat. Also makes A nice platform to strap coolers/tools onto.
I’m guessing either what do you store under in the empty space, or how did you bolt it down. Not sure.
Ohh, well usually I toss my strap and the pouch I keep my shackles in under neath it.
