Has anyone seen a reference to the Rubi Recon on the Jeep site? I went looking and couldn't find it listed in the available options. Not the Falcon thing linked to, but the the one Jeep supposedly came out with.

Too much work, just buy another rig and ditch the SE. Hell, would probably be less work to swap the SE tub onto a Rubi chassis.

No, what I really need to do is stop being 60 going on 16 and focus on the reasons I bought the SE in the first place. Harsh, but true. Wheel it, and stop doing what I'm doing now which is wasting everyone's time.

I've thought about buying a wrecked rubi before too.. would be an easy and possibly cheaper route than just buying the 44s with lockers alone after parting out the rest. If only I could find one with two good half doors as well!

Wow. ..23k for a TJ Rubicon? Now I feel bad saying how much I paid for mine in my intro thread. ..maybe I should start a west coast import business! They are all over the place in Texas and Florida, right around the 14-15 k mark. Get a truck and trailer, haul them over the mountains, and make a couple bucks!

12-14 is about what I was finding too. That would be clean, relatively little rust, and about 100K miles. No body damage, might be lifted, might not.
