I think Bo Jackson claimed he never worked out so he’s kind of the opposite. But he was my favorite athlete growing up.
Bo Jackson will forever be remembered as a god in Tecmo Bowl.

Oh yeah, I hear you! I've been running in the parks even though they have signs. Like you said, it's just too nice not to!
I imagine this is what Chris sounds like from inside his storage unit:
I. hate loud guys in the gym, but I could listen to Ronnie all day lol. He really pushed it hard, and still does to this day despite all his ailments which are quite serious in number and nature.
Same, enough with the screaming and shouting. Unless it's Ronnie. There's a great doc on Netflix about him, he's in interesting dude.
