I use the Thule. It has the ability to fold up, but you need a receiver hitch extension. I don't fold it, just remove it when not needed.

Look up 1up-usa. Best damn hitch mounted racks available. I really like mine. Super light, very easy to put the bike on and off, and very nicely made. I just bought an extension to carry a 2nd bike. All made in the USA.

I picked up a pair of CCM roof mounted bike racks and made inserts for my trailer hitch. I usually carry one bike but when my wife comes along I have a second insert. There's no issue with added weight on the back end and when the racks are on and the bikes are off the tailgate opens without any interference.

I use a Yakima spare tire mounted bolt on rack and a Yakima top tube adapter. It works very well but I have to say I think the 1up USA hitch mount rack is a very nice unit.
