Sound coming from engine.. need advice

Another day, another question!

My Jeep has been making this high pitched whine, which I was thinking was a belt, so I opened it up to video and it started making this new howling, ghostly noise. I turn to you guys as so far you've seen it all.. what in the world is this?

The A/C isn't running and I usually don't run it. The whine is usually on startup and will USUALLY go away once I start driving, though not always.

Most likely the idler or tensioner pulleys. Remove the belt and spin them by hand. There should be no slop or binding.

Picked up both from Advance Auto for $70, might as well just knock them both out while I'm in there. Thanks!

Lol starts to sound angry towards the end there .

I would have guessed a bearing from one of the pulleys.

Yep! It was the idler pulley. I had a new tensioner pulley but the old one was in really good shape so we didn't change it out. The banshee wail is gone!
