I currently have a near-stock 2.5l. I have been looking at getting a 6-cylinder TJ for a couple months now, and I found this ad.

At this price (and assuming it’s in good condition), is it a good deal? It seems to have a lot of benefits and money put into it, like the lockers.
What are the pros and cons that you Jeep experts see?
Thank you!

info from seller:
1997 jeep Wrangler sport 4.0 straight 6, 5 speed 4:10 gears Dana 44 axles with OX lockers with cables cold A/C no rust best top CB radio lights winch 6" sky jacker long arm kit new bushings spare tire $9600 or best offer

I see a shitty (and I mean SHITTY) 6" Skyjacker long arm (probably the worst lift you could put on that thing), some crossover steering that is going to do more harm than good, etc.

No idea about the frame, but I would want to see detailed photos of it to give my opinion.

Personally, I wouldn't buy that thing as it's filled with cheap, low quality components.

If the frame is rust free, it might be an okay deal for someone, just not me.

Thanks, Chris! This helps a lot. I appreciate it.
