If anyone is interested, the answer to this problem after putting in a new HVAC control panel which had everything else working good is 3 wires on the end of the panel which the previous owner destroyed and had rewired incorrectly. Had to get a plug from jeep and wire correctly and now it all works great. Thanks for everybody's advice. This is a great site.
Looking for advice on replacing my exterior door handles on my 99 tj. Thinking of either crown or quadratec brand. Anyone have any thoughts. Thanks
You might be surprised to hear that Amazon has a lot of Mopar OEM parts offered on their site.
IF Mopar handles are still available; I would choose them over the Chinese knock offs....

Hi Rick. Are you advising that replacement of the HVAC control panel fixed the issue with your AC clutch not cycling?
I'm having this same issue where my compressor clutch is always on. I've been taught that the compressor should cycle on and off even when the dial selector is on AC in the control panel.
Currently having issues with barely cool air blowing after a condenser replacement, r134a evac/refill and leaks fixed.
Relay tested ok and I'm trying to resolve without replacing the entire compressor.
