California NorCal Jeep adventures!

SON OF A BITCH man. Savvy is a month out on the 3 inch springs. I might not get them in for the Slickrock run. Bummer. They are waiting for them to come in. Fucking Corona bull shit

Bummer, everyone says they are best it might be worth waiting.

Or, ya know heading down the 4” lift rabbit hole...

That's a good idea. I burned in some JKS skids. They are less coin than those JCR ones.
https://jksmfg.com/i-23266282-fab-miniskids-wrangler-jk.htmlAs you can see, they came in handy on the Con.

A YJ buddy and a few others are heading to the Con Friday, guess the snow has been melting fast. He was supposed to go with us back in September but had to go on a fire. Normally I would be up for it but i gotta get that Atlas started. 🥺. The Rubicon is a county road so its open, might not be passable, but open, could be a winch fest.

Should be a fun adventure. It's in the upper 70's in Truckee so they may get lucky. Still freezing at night though.

Even at 1 month out you have plenty of time to install before slick rock. Are you going to pick up those Johnny Joint washers Blaine sells? He welded them in on Mikes jeep.

If you're going to go to Jim's think about welding on a pair of control arm bracket skids while your at it, unless you already have.

I was not aware I needed these.

I'm glad that was my first time on the Rubicon. Not only did we have some epic weather but couldn't have gone with a better group. Hopefully we can make it happen again.
