Should I remove the supercharger or keep it?

The intercooler really seems to be messing with the routing by placing the nose up so high.

If it still fits under the hood it can't be much taller than the BT setup... mine just clears. Unless the Avengers setup just won't work with a motor mount lift.

But I mentioned before I was planning to go intercooled. I'd need a new nose cone support but I figured adding another pulley here would solve the routing issue.

I can't tell if there's enough meat on his existing support bracket to add another pulley

Look at where his sits relative to the AC lines. BoostedTech's has another 1-1/2-2" until it'd hit the hood.

The pulley on the nose of my BT charger rubbed halfway through the hood insulation which is less than 1" thick.

They are fairly reliable as long as you keep up your maintenance on the vehicle. Use 92 octane or higher fuel.
When you are driving normal you really aren't creating much boost. Until you put your foot to the floor is when it is building boost and putting a strain on the engine.

Why 92, most pumps here are 91 and very few are 93?

UK has different octane from what i remember. As Tox said use the highest octane available.

I bet my tummy tuck makes the difference angling the engine nose down. My 1-1/4" tube hoop is 5/8" over the snout of the SC and hasn't tagged the hood yet.

Why 92, most pumps here are 91 and very few are 93?

I'm in Lakeville, I just run the 91 no lead rec fuel at Kwik Trip, no problems. When I lived in Ohio it was all 93.

Good, Eagan here. My car requires premium and luckily the Holiday by me sells only ethanol free 91. When I ran a 450HP tune in my truck it needed 93 and it became a pain to locate.

Ah that's what I meant, the no ethanol stuff. The only 93 down here is the Shell in Burnsville by the split and the BP on Cedar south of Apple Valley

Can you please tell me how you fitted the avenger supercharger under the hood? Did you use a 1” cabin lift?
