I think your right, but it looks the lowers were replaced I just checked and took photos

Agreed, I ordered earlier, tie rod, tie rod ends, pitman arm, adjusting sleeve, drag link. Figured I’d just do it all. Basically everything except the track bar, and ball joints. I used IRuns diagram.

In the event you want/need it, here's a picture I put together to identify the Moog steering part numbers needed for the ZJ conversion. I purposely left the track bar out, because many folks just get an aftermarket adjustable one as a replacement.

Well have ordered everything, plus the pitman arm off of amazon, says everything will be here by Saturday, so this will be a fun Sunday project. Will generously spray some pblast Saturday evening, and hopefully Sunday will float like a breeze. Need to figure out which track bar to get, plus upper control arms and I think I will be good.

I have all brand new in box stock upper and lower control arms for the front right and left if you want them, just cover the shipping. Unless you are lifting the Jeep, then they probably won't be much help.

if you still are offering those upper control arms, id be super grateful and would be more than willing to pay for shipping and adding some money for lunch! It’d save me some money after buying all the other steering stuff. Only thing left is track bar and shocks. Tried to message you but I don’t think I can.

You’re focused on the mechanical issues which is great but I’d put rust remediation right up at the top of the list, that thing is being eaten alive from top to bottom/side to side; check some frame rust threads and take a very close look at what’s going on inside of yours & do what you’ve got to do to get that under control.
