High pinion Dana 44 front axle swap?

I have a 14 bolt for the rear of my TJ, and plan on getting the truss for install, but I have a high pinion drivers side diff, DANA 44 that I would like to put of front. I am not finding a whole lot as far as axle swap kits for the front. Has anyone done this swap, or have suggestions on where to find parts to get my front end beefed up? (Along with the axle swap, I will be going to a 4" long arm kit.)

35's currently, may look to go larger at some point. I have 3.07's in the Dana 30 & Dana 35. The cost for carrier and ring and pinion replacement on small axles was more than I paid for the full width Dana 44 and 14 bolt (which already have 4.10's.) If I'm gonna do it, I wanna do it once.

And I was gonna use the truss to mount in the rear just for the ease of locating, vs individual pieces.

There are kits but they may require a bit of adaptation. Barnes has a kit listed for waggie front that reviewers say they have used for 70s Ford HP44. TnT had a kit at one time.

The 14 Bolt will be a boat anchor on 35's. Really need 40's to get the clearance underneath the differential, even if you shave it. Then the 44 will not be up to the task.

35s with a Dana 35 and 3.07 gears??? Figure out your goal tire size before upgrading the axles. I run 5.13 gears with 35s. It isn't cheap enough to regear twice and 35s don't require what you've already bought. A LA lift is only needed if you like hanging up on rocks IMO. Bring snacks.

4.10s isnt enough gear for 35s. Your looking at alot of work for an axle swap to still be disappointed. Id rethink your plan and save yourself some time and money,

He is asking about axles not gears! It bugs me when people chime in on a subject about something different about the actual question because they really don't know anything but what they are reading. That's why I have always taken advise from here with a grain of salt unless it's from someone provin and knows what there talking about. The ford dana 44 is a good axle for our jeep tjs. There is trusses from nextventuremotorsports for it and the ford 9 inch. Being a standard Dana 44 it can be upgraded to jk44 gears from Jantz4x4. They are stronger than the standard Dana 44.

A 14 bolt can be shaved to the same clearance from centerline as a stock 44 housing, it may be wider but it won't hang any lower

if your gonna do what you say, you don't want a kit you want pieces. those long links will change angles.
the truss should be small and tight if your mounting links on top of the diff.

So you just joined to post a nonsense reply to an old thread? The info here is worth exactly what you paid for it so take it or go somewhere else that has better info. I'll clue you in there aren't any
