What I’ve tried so far. New MOPAR radiator/water pump,195 thermostat, fan clutch. Thermocure flush the block looks super clean. The fan shroud is in good condition. Brushed and thoroughly clean AC condenser. When driving around it runs about 204 to 208. I can turn the AC on and at a stop ( I’ve timed it) in 14 minutes it goes to 225. Anyone have any ideas.

Can you hook up a reader and tap into live data and confirm the temp sensor readings just for giggles and shitz.

Have you replaced any of the cooler lines yet? Or made sure nothing was bent/kinked?

I'd also try what TJ4Jim recommended if possible, I'd also check any fuses involved with your AC to make sure it isn't throwing any of the sensors off

Mopar fan clutch or aftermarket ? I don't see a winch in your pic so no winch covers ?
Mopar fan clutch and no grill inserts. It’s a pretty good one. I’ve tried about everything I can think of. Also wondering how hot other peoples get if the sit with the AC on.

I know my 02 gets hotter with the AC on, not sure about going that high though

I had the same problem. Ended up having air in the system. This was months after a flush and thermostat replacement. I don't recall if the thermostat had the air hole or not. In any case, I followed the standard burping procedure and got air out if the system and solved the issue 100%.

This is why I am reluctant to believe that the TJ is a 'self burping' system. Most certainly isn't if the thermostat doesn't have an air hole. Even with?....

Just because you have a new fan clutch, doesn't mean its working correctly. If you increase the engine rpm's do you hear the fan speed increase? I have the Hayden fan clutch and can definately hear the fan speed increase.

The only thing I went cheep on is that I used a Crown fan shroud. My old one was broken in a few places. I didn’t think to look at the old one good. Is the fan slightly off center on the OE shroud because it is on the Crown one.
