New Jeep owner seeking suspension recommendations

Are you sticking with the 32 or are you going to be going any larger with the tires?

im thinking maybe sticking to that for a while maybe 33s later idk if i want to run anything bigger than that
What you do now will determine what you can do later. Most will pick a tire size and build around that. Have you read
https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/a-beginners-guide-to-lifting-your-jeep-wrangler-tj.733/unreadAnd this will determine how much speed you'll be able to catch with 32's and a stock motor
https://wranglertjforum.com/threads...-tj-lj-and-other-re-gearing-faqs.17063/unreadYou don't need to go all out on the most expensive lift for your needs, but you'll definitely want to follow the recommended lift height and gearing for 32's. As long as you follow the above, quality shocks with appropriate travel bias and properly set up bump stops for your rig will allow you to "catch some speed" without tearing shit up.
