Forget these stupid Redneck options! lol you need a Jig not a tree!

Or a 3 2 1 star picket anchor system (very simple) on both sides of your Jeep and 2 Turfer winches to pull it back true one Turfer will pull one side back the other will hold the other side true!

Man, I don't know....my guess is there's a decent chance you tweaked your tub too. I've never pulled a TJ roll bar so I don't know how strong they are. Pulling things straight like this when you're not sure exactly where it's tweaked or where to support it to do the pull can cause more damage. right thing to do might be to take the roll bar off and see if you straighten it outside the jeep. Of course, it might not fit back in once you do this.

As for the top, when I bought mine it had a hardtop on it and I drove it home. It was local, but when I got it home I started going through it. There were two bolts in the hardtop flanges, and they were just resting in there, no nuts. Crazy. I'm so thankful it didn't fly off and get destroyed, or much much worse, hurt somebody. I would have fixed this had I noticed it before driving off. I don't need to tell you how dumb that was, my guess is you already know. Nobody gives a shit about the hardtop, but can you imagine if you killed someone? Someone's kid?

You're right . I learned from this to not take any chances. I traveled basically 600miles round trip to buy this top and I didn't even try to secure it properly like a dumbass or let alone address the roll bar issue first. The drive back there was multiple semis just flipped over laying there all throughout the drive , the winds were crazy. Im really glad it didn't cause any other damage.

Do you know how much the price range for just the B pillar part of the cage should cost for an 03? I just wana know before searching around. I know other places that aren't local but a used good one should be like what 300$? ——-> Update its $150 not 300

I saw this video and it just made me have some ideas haha . Im just gonna replace it the B part , like you said.

Back in high school, we straighten the rear subframe on a motorcycle in similar fashion. Strapped the bike to a tree, and a chain between the subframe and the front bumper of my mom's jeep GC. We didn't jerk it, just slow easy pressure until we got the results we wanted. It worked on a 1970'ish Kawasaki 175 enduro.

@mrblaine @Chris How are you suppose to remove the mounts on the bottom of the front seat belts there is this glue or something covering the torex bolts for the cage was it’s the only bolts I have left and none of them are even gripping on the T 40

You have to take a sharp pick and dig the sealant out of the holes. It sucks but it is the only way to do it.

Yeah, the previous owner of my TJ sprayed bedliner on the entire tub including the roll bar bolts. The only way to get them now is like Blaine said, use a sharp pick and scrape it all off.

Kind of annoying since all the shops around here are insisting I remove the roll bar in order to have it sprayed with bedliner.

Wish I saw your guys comments before I tried torching it off . They are now really bad and stripped. I am gonna try to weld some bolts on them and unscrew them .

@mrblaine @Chris Is the middle section of the B pillars welded the bar that’s over your head . I took pictures of the front and back and the back looks welded I can’t tell if it’s that’s material like on the bottom bolts . I’m I wrong isn’t the cage for tj’s bolt on?

Cage B pillar (part that goes over your head) is welded in your case. Not all are, but most are. You really need to slow down and get the answers before you fuck more shit up. Didn't we go through this with your death wobble stuff?
