I have a 2005 jeep tj. I no everyone has different insurance but trying to find out who you have and cost. I have StateFarm full coverage. $355.00 for 6 months. That seems a little high to me.

I switched to AAA years ago and my rates dropped significantly. AAA is a mutual (owned by its insured members) so it is a not-for-profit insurance company. When my TJ was stolen 9 years ago, the independent adjuster AAA hired to figure out its value said I was lucky to have have AAA and not have Farmers, State Farm, Geico, etc. as they would have paid the minimum & likely dropped me after the theft. AAA paid over double the Kelly Blue Book value due to the documentation I had on what I had added to it. And they didn't drop me or raise my rates. I will never change from AAA.

I have had Allstate, State Farm and AAA and I'm now with USAA. If you are elifible for USAA I don't think you will find anyone cheaper for apples-to-apples coverage. Whoever you go with just make sure they base value off current market value and not KBB or something.

I have PEMCO insurance. Here in Salem, Oregon I pay $50 a month for full coverage on my Rubicon.

That's at 34 years old, married with two kids, and a flawless driving record.

a flawless driving record

Theres the kicker !!

Here in BC Wranglers are about 30% less than pickups because their claims ratio is so much better.
Company pickups in BC are known for their success rate at hunting deer.

$392.80 per year for full coverage on my 2004 Rubicon. I also have two other cars, my home, and life insurance through Farmers, so decent amount of 'bundling' discounts.

I am currently with progressive. Terrible mistake. I pay 189.63 a month.... yes i said per month. What happened when i got in a wreck? the try to tell me i already had damage on my vehicle. the only way i was able to fight it was because i had a picture two days before the wreck of that section of the vehicle, which just happened to have a banks sign in the background that had the date and time on it. I will be leaving progressive for sure.

USAA Auto - $145/month - Max Full Coverage - 21 Y/O Male

My other family members have a much better premium, however this whole 21 year old dude thing isn't helping my insurance.
Takes a while I guess for insurance co.'s to trust younger drivers; sucks. Is it still age 25 where the premiums drop off substantially?

32, two kids, married. I pay $46/mo for full coverage through USAA here. That's with 2 other cars on the policy as well though, one full, one liability only (my '03 Beater Corolla). I've also got a couple of speeding tickets in there, though I don't know how long it takes those to expire. The last one was in 2012 I think.
