i do a 2 month camping/turkey hunt every spring. used to have a grate that we put on the fire pit for grilling. now i take my 36in blackstone griddle. it does most everything, but i use a old weber with the snake method for coals for smoking boston butts.......

The 36" Blackstone is a little heavy for travel? Don't get me wrong I love mine but under 2' of snow now:mad:

I’ve been cold smoking mozzarella cheese sticks lately, to good to get pictures they don’t last. If you smoke cheese vacuum seal it and let it cure for at least a week or it will taste like a cigarette. We enjoy smoked mozzarella and cheddar.
