Issue with my power steering box

Hey guys, so I own a 97 Jeep Wrangler sport and I had it re-framed. Unfortunately I don’t know the year of the new frame but the problem is, I noticed after my wrangler was reframed my power steering gear box was only being held on by two bolts instead of the original 3. The problem here is that when you look at the frame and where the bolts are for the box. Only the top left and top right bolts, are the only ones that fit onto the the gear box with this new frame. The middle 3rd bolt won’t fit because the gear box’s thread insert doesn’t align with the hole on the new frame. My question here is, is there any other power steering gear boxes that’ll fit? Also do I possibly have a new frame from a new or older jeep?

If you still have the 97 steering gear, someone installed an 03-06 frame. How did they make the belly skid work?

The bolt sleeve for that bolt can be relocated pretty easily.

any tutorials for relocating the bolt sleeve? So for the belly skid, there are hallow metal rectangular tubes cut out the to be the same length of the skid plate. these two metal pieces are 1x1 inch. The two were welded where the skid plate's sides would sit. So the metal tubes separate the plate from the body, thus dropping the transmission
