im installing a MML and I can't get the through bolts loosened, any tips on how to get those bolts out, btw I have a 1999 so the AC compressor is in a different spot so no worries for that

You have to lift up the engine a little and push it around to be able to push those bolts through.
im asking how to get them loose in the first place, how to even get the nut off
You try watching this vid?
Can’t remember how I did it but I assume I used a closed wrench and a ratchet on the other end to loosen the thru bolts.

Use a jack to support the engine NOT BY PUTTING IT ON THE OIL PAN but by lifting from the bellhousing of the transmission. Use an adjustable wrench on one end and a large ratcheting wrench or preferably a breaker bar to loosen the bolts. If you have access to an air or battery powered impact just use that.
Lol, nice. I’m about 1.5 hrs from the wake forest area and about 1.25 hrs from uwharrie.
I do remember the bolts coming off quite easily but having difficulty putting the thru bolts back in.
It might be a tight spot to get to with an impact but def worth a try. Also try using some WD or liquid wrench if you haven’t.
We put a block of 2x4 on the jack and lift them by the oil pan sump not on the drain section at least once a week.

My dumbass buddy got a leak from his oil pan after doing his motor mounts bc he jacked it by the oil pan

I just did this yesterday. 1/2 inch drive breaker bar was required they were really tight
