One Factory usually has oem's with the added AUX port but I'm guessing the Covid has caused issues.

You would need a 97 to 02 Wrangler or similar style from Dodge or Chrysler as the bezel changed in 02.

Factory One does have a good rep, but so does M&R Auto Electronics in Michigan, and they do the same work. Just web search the name for their webpage.

Factory radios are dime a dozen. If you can't find one here for free then try car-part.com or even offerup/ebay/craigslist. I've never been to a junkyard that didn't have a pile of nice ones.
If you look at the 1factoryradio website they list all the compatible vehicles, there's a ton, that's why the radios are so easy to find. It also helps it's the era of the Concorde, Intrepid and other absolute turds that pile up in junkyards.
My volume knob and CD player quit working....$180 for refurbished? Seems ok if it has the CD player.
IMO the CD drive is what craps out most often, at least it did in my unit. Getting full of dirt and getting bounced around off road kills ‘em pretty fast.
Both the radios I’ve got have new CD drives.
