Weird hot start issue

So, hot temps outside, and did some errands in the 03 two days ago, she cold started just fine. Went to the store, started the jeep but she was bogging like crazy for about 30s -1min, ok strange. I got lunch came back, started her and bogged again, got out and pee-you! I could smell that unburnt fuel like it was a 67 mustang cold start! I tried the accel pedal and bogged the engine more, would NOT move in gear and almost stalled out. Again about 2 min of running she returned to a normal idle. I attempted a search but was unable to find anything relevant to this issue.

My suspects atm are bad o2 sensor, bad MAF sensor, bad coolant temp sensor. Any other things I should look at?

Possibly the heat soak on the #3 injector? Very common 00-06 issue. Is your #3 injector insulated with the factory TSB insulation kit? Might want to buy that kit and install it if not. Not sure about the unburnt fuel smell though.

You can buy really good thermo-tec stuff for this instead of the Mopar kit for much less money. Thermo Tec 14030 sleeve or Thermo Tec 14002 tape. I enjoy supporting Chrysler and all but the price they charge for six sleeves is absurd. This part, 53013669AA might be worth the money.

Seriously, just the heat could be causing this? Well, I will def give that heat shield a try Pagrey. I will update after I get it as to how the jeep runs with it. Thank you guys.

Here in Florida you can't have too much thermal protection; I have both of them installed
