Never doing mud again

Au contraire this was from Sedona AZ I wish a had pictures for when we got off the trail after spending $$ at the self service car wash. Maybe @Jamison C or @Boinked will post some AZ mud photos from the trip.

We had quite a bit by the end, but regardless that stuff is like clay. I’m still finding mud from that trip.

I feel your pain, it’s hard to avoid in Michigan…..

Hehehe,
I'm still finding mud in places and I've had my Jeep torn apart to include cutting the frame in half. But it won't stop me from playing when it's wet out. Crap you can't live in the PNW and not get wet now and then.

Nope, I'm not doing mud there. Really. If I go anywhere to go wheeling it'll be outside of Florida.
If you do any wheeling after you move out east, you'll need to deal with mud. Unless you keep the Jeep in Cali and fly out to go wheeling... Anything easy of the Mississippi will be muddy. Not 100 percent, but there will be puddles and pits. Slippery climbs, waterfalls with actual water in them.

I thought you guys in Cali were in the drought of the century?
@Nucklenelson was at the San Gabriel OHV area. It’s at the end of the reservoir. I used to go there and watch the heavy’s try and stuck themselves by dipping into the reservoir, extra thick out there. There used to be a guy that had a PTO winch for extraction. Sometimes it would take a chain of trucks all hooked up to get the really stuck ones out. Good times, especially when I got invited to their “beach-side” BBQ, those Azusa 4WD club guys ares serious(gangsters) about their food and 4x4’s.

i cant believe they allow you to drive in a lake in commiefornia ! you might disturb the mosquitoes or some other bullshit the tree huggers can come up with.

Only once for me.. The mud had dried up so I put a sprinkler under the TJ and let it spray for quite a while to loosen up the mud. Made a hell of a mess on the driveway.
