We call em chitlins you have to wash them out real good and always cook them outside!!!!! If you cook them inside it takes forever to get the smell out!!!!!

Nope but I have had, possum, coon, bear, elk, pronghorn, deer, rattle snake and even tried bobcat once but it was stringy and a little tuff. Oh and frog legs, gator, oysters too.

We have a local Maori delicacy called ‘ rotten corn‘ ….. looks like porridge but sweeter although the smell would clear Stadium and you have bad breath for about a week lol
Sausages baked in the oven with onions while you make the Yorkshire pud mix, 2 eggs 1 cup plain flour salt and water or milk , make a batter I think you call it pancake mix in US lol, when the sausages and onions are brown crank up the oven to full tip the Yorkshire pud mix over the top and bake for 20 mins, Voilà Toad in the Hole. I cook it sometimes, you have to have it with mash potato and gravy
