JK Wheels & Adapters for a TJ

So I decided to get the Moab’s from Quadratec and 245-75-16’s. They look much better, especially on the rear of the Jeep, than the 235’s. They fill the wheel wells perfectly, and the look is exactly what I wanted.

JK Wheels & Adapters for a TJ

Thanks! They are 235’s. They look sort of small to me at times, although that pic doesn’t show it. I would like something just a bit larger, but not so large that they look crammed into the fender wells. That’s why I’ll probably go with the machined finish Moabs from Quadratec and 245’s like...

JK Wheels & Adapters for a TJ

😄 thanks! Your Moabs look really good on your Jeep. I’ll probably just go with a set of those from Quadratec.

JK Wheels & Adapters for a TJ

Hello, I've always liked the Grey or Black JK Rubicon wheels and have considered finding some take-offs for my 2006 TJ. I would purchase the 1.25" spacer/adapters to use with them. My hesitation, is that I consistently see many sets of these used spacer/adapters for sale on Craigslist...

Rear control arms and alignment question

Hello, Do you need an alignment after replacing the rear upper and lower control arms on a TJ? I just had mine replaced and I didn’t think about it until I got home, because on my bill where it itemizes everything it states, “alignment not included”. So the shop didn’t do one and they didn’t...

Upgrading my TJ with JK wheels

Thanks for the pics! Which adapter did you go with? So you get no rubbing? How much clearance is there between the tire and the closest point inside the rear fender well? On my TJ (and I would assume the same on all), if you're looking at the rear fender well on the driver's side, inside the...

Upgrading my TJ with JK wheels

Hello, I am currently running 235/75R15 tires on Canyon wheels. I have found a good deal on some of the 17" Hardrock Rubicon wheels like in the attached pic. I really like the appearance of the Hardrock, but my concern is how they will look on my stock TJ, because I don't want them to look...

    Which shocks for stock suspension?

Nothing against OEM parts, just curious if there might be a better option in the same, or close to the same, price range.

    Which shocks for stock suspension?

Hello, Which brand of shocks do you guys suggest for my 2006 TJ with stock suspension? I found some Bilstein 4600 series on tirerack.com for $84 each for the front and $93 each for the rear. Are those good?

I installed the WranglerFix PCM on 7/2/19 and my '06 TJ is still running and shifting smooth. Thanks Mark!
