Why do they only make metric size tires for 16" wheels?

Yep, which is what I'll be moving to soon. Don't want new wheels just to stay stock on the tire size.

    New Bumpers

Tell me how it comes out. I'm interested in that bumper as well. The only thing I'm worried about is the lack of contact points for the tire. I see that the tire rack itself is up against the bumpers on the tailgate, but there is nothing to distribute the weight of the tire. It is all on...

A new kind of soft top. Vintage heritage

That last picture seems to show that the tag expired in May of this year. If so, I'd try to find out why it wasn't renewed.

2006 TJ on a Car Lift

So, I have a two post car lift that came with the house I bought. I've lined up the TJ in order to lift it and found that the skid plate prevents me from getting the lift pads to the frame. Wondering if anyone with experience of lift a TJ would have any suggestions of a solution. I'd love to...

I'm impressed with the saving. Wish my son did that more. I'll let the gurus give you advice. Welcome aboard!

    Identify this knock please?

I believe you should be able to just disconnect the endlinks. That's what I did when diagnosing a knock issue.

Driving on top of the world

Reminds me of the time I spent at the United Bicycle Institute in Ashland. Gorgeous area. Glad to see it's still awesome - I was there almost 30 years ago.

James & The Sahara Build Thread

I think it's well thought out. If you want me to spend your money, I'd look at doing a tummy tuck as #7.
